Build Power BI and Excel reporting across concurrent construction projects: one CEO view of budget variance, schedule and resources.

A 6-page report on an 8-table dimensional model covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, compensation and Saudization against the 40% Nitaqat target. A companion VBA edition checks ~53,000 employee-months in about a second and writes its own compliance alert register.

How I work

Three rules I don't bend.

What I see stays in the office.

I've held contracts, board papers and personnel files for three executive offices. Discretion is the baseline of the job.

If it's tracked twice, automate it.

Manual trackers become one self-serve view. People stop asking me for numbers because the numbers are already there.

Every action item gets closed.

Agenda, minutes, owner, deadline, follow-up. A meeting is finished when its last item is done.
